Our Payment Model

Aurehelvix accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its sole payment method. This is a deliberate choice. We believe that asking a customer to pay before receiving their product places the entire burden of trust on them, and that is not how we operate. By collecting payment only at the point of delivery, we ensure that your amount and your order arrive together, on your terms.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests raised within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Beyond this window, we are unable to process returns. A return will be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is physically damagedupon receipt.
  • An incorrect itemwas delivered, wrong size, color, or style.
  • The product does not fit, and an exchange or refund is preferred.

We ask that items be returned in the condition in which they were received. Any attempt to return products that do not fall within the above criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The Return Process

Once your return request is submitted and accepted by our team, we take full responsibility for the logistics. A pickup will be arranged at a time and location that suits you — there is no requirement for you to travel to any drop-off point. The entire return process, including collection, is completely free of charge. We do not levy return fees, restocking fees, or any administrative charges on our customers.

Upon the parcel reaching our facility, our team will conduct a thorough inspection within 1 business day. You will be notified of the outcome promptly.

Exchange Or Refund - Your Choice

If your return is accepted following inspection, you will be offered two options:

Exchange - If the item you originally ordered is available in the correct size or variant, we will dispatch the replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.

Full Refund - If you prefer a refund, or if the required exchange item is not available, we will initiate a complete refund of the amount paid.

Refund Process and Timeline

As Aurehelvix operates on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds cannot be issued through a payment gateway. All refunds are processed exclusively via direct bank transfer.

Upon your confirmation that a refund is preferred, we will reach out to you via the email address registered to your order to request your bank details securely. Please ensure that the account information you provide is accurate, as Aurehelvix cannot be held responsible for transfers made to incorrectly submitted account details.

Once your bank details are received and validated, your refund will be processed within 1 business day. Please note that the funds may take a further 7 to 8 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's internal clearing timelines. This is outside our control, but we will provide confirmation of the transfer on our end upon completion.
