The Processing Period

Aurehelvix will not be liable for delays arising from failed delivery attempts where the address provided was accurate.

Should a parcel be returned to us following repeated failed attempts, we will contact you via the email address registered to your order to arrange an alternative delivery. Additional delivery costs in such circumstances may apply.
