You agree not to misuse the platform in any manner, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, introducing malicious code or software, scraping product or pricing data, or engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the storefront. Aurehelvix reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these conditions without prior notice.
By placing an order on our platform, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract under Singaporean law, and that the information you have provided - including your name, delivery address, and contact details - is accurate and complete. If any detail changes after your order is placed, you are responsible for informing us immediately at contact@aurehelvix.com. Aurehelvix shall not be liable for failed or misdirected deliveries resulting from inaccurate information supplied at checkout.
Aurehelvix accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as its only payment method. No advance payment is required or collected at the point of order. Payment is made directly to the delivery personnel upon receipt of your parcel at your registered address in Singapore. By placing an order, you confirm your intent and availability to complete payment at the point of delivery. Failure to do so without prior notice may result in your account being flagged for future transactions.
All prices listed on our storefront are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Aurehelvix understands that circumstances change, and we have designed our cancellation window to give customers a fair and reasonable opportunity to withdraw an order before it enters the delivery phase.
Customers may cancel an order at any point before it has been dispatched. As stated in our Shipping Policy, all orders undergo a mandatory internal processing period of 2 business days prior to dispatch. This window - during which your order is being validated, packaged, and prepared - represents your cancellation period.
To cancel an order, you must contact us before the 2-business-day processing period has elapsed. Please include your order reference and registered contact details in your message. Our team will confirm the cancellation in writing upon successful processing.
Once an order has been dispatched - that is, once the 2-business-day processing period has concluded and the parcel has been handed to our delivery partner - cancellations will no longer be accepted. At that stage, customers may instead refer to our Return and Refund Policy, which provides a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.
Aurehelvix reserves the right to cancel any order on its end in the event of stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or an inability to complete delivery to the address provided. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly and no payment will have been collected given our COD model.
All deliveries are made exclusively within Singapore and are free of charge. Orders are dispatched after a 2-business-day processing period and delivered within 1 to 2 business days thereafter, bringing the total timeline to 3 to 4 business days from order confirmation. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, incorrect, or do not fit. The return process is free of charge, and refunds are issued via direct bank transfer given our COD payment model. All content on the Aurehelvix website, including product images, brand name, logo, copy, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Aurehelvix. No part of this content may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Aurehelvix. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action under Singaporean law.
The personal data you provide, including your name, address, contact number, and bank details in the case of a refund, is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA. Your data is used strictly to fulfil your order, process returns, and communicate with you regarding your purchases. It is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties beyond our designated delivery and operational partners, who are themselves bound by data protection obligations.
Aurehelvix shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or from the purchase of our products, beyond what is required under Singaporean consumer law.
